Free Health Walks

Short and sociable walks across Hertfordshire led by friendly volunteers. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before walks with suitable shoes and clothing. We recommend you bring a water bottle. Maybe stay for cuppa afterwards!

Golden Memories – Mondays 10:30 to 12pm

Visit the Sensory Room at Watford FC, Vicarage Road Stadium for a weekly look back through the decades using football history and music to evoke personal memories. For people living with dementia and their carers and/or loved ones. Sessions are supported by volunteers, guest speakers, former players, memorabilia, respite for carers/families, monthly excursions, music and dance through the eras and chair-based exercise. Ricky Bowls Club open day is on Saturday 27th April

Ricky Bowls Club open day

The Ricky Bowls Club have an open day on Saturday 27th April from 10.00am to 6.00pm.

Plus 4 open evenings on the 4 following Thursdays; 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd May, from 6.00-8.00pm.

Anyone who wants to try bowls can come along and have a go. They just need to have flat-bottomed shoes and comfortable clothing as we will provide the bowls for the sessions. Under-18s would need to have a parent with them.
