Message received 12 June 2025 – via email.

Enquiries to HCC about the Library some weeks ago have established they have ‘handed over the refurbishment to the insurers’ ! I have asked for the name of the insurers under FOI, and have been told it will take a month to let me know !! I feel my Rates are being abused somewhat.
